A release being out is not the same as your server being able to use it. These publish builds for it today.
Your plugins and mods are a separate question, and one holdout blocks the whole upgrade. Check your list against 26.2.

Why is the newest version called 26.2 and not 1.22?
Mojang moved to calendar versioning in 2026. The first number is the year and the second is the drop within that year, so 26.2 is the second drop of 2026 and follows 1.21.11. There is no 1.22 and there will not be one.
What protocol version does Minecraft 26.2 use?
Protocol 776, with data version 4903. A client and a server can only connect when their protocol numbers match, which is why the version name alone does not tell you whether you can join.
Can servers run Minecraft 26.2 yet?
Yes. Paper, Canvas, Leaf, Purpur, Advanced Slime Paper, Spigot, Pluto, Sponge publish builds for 26.2. Plugins and mods are a separate question, because each author updates on their own schedule.
