Is PowerNukkitX for Java Edition or Bedrock Edition?
Bedrock Edition. It has no relationship to the Java version numbers used elsewhere on this site, and a Java Edition client or server cannot use it.
Where do I get the latest PowerNukkitX release?
The newest release, 3.0.6, is linked above with its official download and checksum. PowerNukkitX versions itself independently of Minecraft, so there is no per-version build list the way there is for Paper or Purpur.
