Frequently asked

Do I need to install Updated Beta on the client or the server?

The client only. There is nothing to install on the server side. That is the author's declared design, not a guarantee for every server: one running anti-cheat or missing a counterpart mod can still object.

What licence is Updated Beta under?

LicenseRef-All-Rights-Reserved, as stated by the author on the platform we synced it from. Check the project's own page before redistributing or bundling it.

How do I install Updated Beta?

Download the file from the author's own release, put it in your resourcepacks folder, and enable it in Options, then Resource Packs. No loader is involved; check the pack targets your Minecraft version so textures do not fall back to defaults.

Where do I download Updated Beta safely?

Start with the author's page on Modrinth, which is where the data here is synced from. MCReference does not host or repackage files. The download link goes to the source recorded for that release; verify the publisher, filename and checksum before running it.

Which Minecraft versions does Updated Beta work on?

The author has not declared a supported version in the metadata we sync, so there is nothing here we can state as fact. Check the project's own page before installing it, and treat an old resource pack with no declared version as untested on modern Minecraft.

Details from Modrinth, where the author last updated it on 24 Dec 2025. We do not host files and we do not republish descriptions; every download link points at the author’s own release.

Not indexed yet. Score 46 against a threshold of 55. The page still exists and is still linked; it simply carries noindex until we hold more.
