Dragon Movement FixMinecraft data pack

Fixes the old bug introduced in 1.14 where the Ender Dragon's Vertical Movement is very slow. Effectively patches out one-cycling. If you've fought the dragon in 1.12 or 1.13 you might know what this is.

Frequently asked

How do I install Dragon Movement Fix?

Data packs install per world: put the downloaded file in that world's datapacks folder and run /reload, or add it when creating the world. No loader is involved. On a server, the world folder lives next to the server jar.

Where do I download Dragon Movement Fix safely?

Start with the author's page on CurseForge, which is where the data here is synced from. MCReference does not host or repackage files. When available, recorded download links go to the source for that release; verify the publisher, filename and any available checksum before running it.

Which Minecraft versions does Dragon Movement Fix work on?

The author has not declared a supported version in the metadata we sync, so there is nothing here we can state as fact. Check the project's own page before installing it, and treat an old data pack with no declared version as untested on modern Minecraft.

Details from CurseForge, where the author last updated it on 20 May 2025. We do not host files or republish descriptions. Available download links point to the author’s own release.
